Year 1
In Science we went to Forest School to look for signs of Autumn.
The children went back to 1666 with a theatre company to learn all about The Great Fire.
Some beautiful art work in year 1, using tones of blue to make their own collage.
In year 1 we have been learning about Parliament and how we can choose/vote for who we would like to be in the House of Commons.
In science we have been learning about materials. We were trying to find the best waterproof material to fix an umbrella. The children had lots of fun doing the experiment!
Year 1 enjoyed their visit to the Space Centre in Leicester!
