Superhero Art
In our computing session, we looked at how shops use codes to recognize products and prices. We had to identify the mystery objects and then work out how much they cost! The children worked brilliantly with it and were fantastic.
Year 2 really enjoyed their trip to the Space Centre in Leicester!
Puffins have been doing some lovely work around Remembrance Day. They have all shown great respect towards those who gave their lives in the wars, and those who continue to serve in the armed forces today.
Children have started their Archbishop of York Young Leaders Award. They will complete lessons and activities over the year, and will become Young Leaders by July 2024. Our first unit was Kindness ☺️. We looked at good leaders always show kindness, how this makes people feel, and how kindness can be small and sometimes secret🤫.
