We are part of a proud community, at the centre of the town's coal mining and ribbon weaving history and are situated near to the town's canal. The majority of our families come from the local area and we are immensely proud to see generations and generations of the same families come through our doors. As well as our local families, we are delighted that our growing reputation for excellence has brought families from further afield. All of our families are important to us and we work extremely closely with parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for our children.
Part of our community role is to provide support through our Children and Family Centre (CFC). Nurture Nursery is an integral part of the CFC and Nurture Nursery staff work in both the Nursery and the CFC. The Children and Family Centre is a hub of activity: ante-natal classes, adult education, speech and language drop in sessions, Health Visiting, SEND support group and a Community Cafe - there is something for everyone. We serve our community by being an open, understanding and safe place for our many families.
Some of our other wider community work involves the hosting of a "Community Fun Day" every year where families from all over the town come together to share our wonderful facilities.
Within our wider 'education' community, we work together to strive for excellence for all. We are part of the Nicholas Chamberlaine Trust Foundation and work with a network of early years providers across Bedworth to develop teaching and learning across the settings in our town. Beyond this and into the wider community, we are part of the Coventry Diocese Multi Academy Trust.
