TRANSITION REPORTS

When a child leaves our Nurture Nursery they will receive a personalised transition report with a EYFS developmental summary, this is written by the key person.

 

To ensure a smooth and seamless transition Nurture Nursery staff will arrange a meeting with your child's new setting, where they will share the transition report.
